Family and connection are at the heart of everything I do. In 2021, after recovering from Covid, I faced a mental health crisis that became a turning point in my life. It opened my eyes to the importance of self-care, balance, and living more intentionally. One of the biggest changes I made was reducing the number of chemicals in my daily routine — starting with something simple: the soap I used every day.What began as a personal journey turned into a creative outlet, then a passion, and eventually a small business.
